Jeanne Eschbach is a consultant in the areas of leadership, grant development and non-profit management. She is a certified partner with Wiley in Everything DiSC^®, a personal development model that focuses on an individual’s preferences and tendencies and The Five Behaviors^®, a model to improve teamwork based on Patrick Lencioni’s book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. She is the retired Executive Director of Workforce Education and Academic Pathways at SUNY Corning Community College.
