WELCOME! Are you ready for fun and adventure for your family? Well, you’ve come to the right place! Five Rivers Council, Boy Scouts of America provides fun, safe, age-appropriate programs that are for boys from 1st grade through 20 years of age, and young women from 14-through 20 years of age. We offer programs in six New York counties and four Pennsylvania Counties, the “Twin Tiers.”

Scouts learn vital life skills like Character Development, Citizenship Training, and Personal Fitness.
