Working With People I Want to Punch In the Throat
After all of the challenges 2020 has presented us (so far), the Corning Chamber thought it might be the perfect time for something lighthearted and entertaining, while still providing a professional perspective.
Join us for this virtual event, sponsored by DXP, on Thursday, August 13th. Please note, this program is intended for adults only, due to the program content and language.
Jen Mann, author of Working with People I Want to Punch in the Throat, will share funny anecdotes about office life, adventures in real estate, her unusual career path to becoming a professional writer and more. Her stories, full of humor, sass, and a dash of wisdom, prove that it's possible to survive the working world without giving up your sanity!
The program will kick off with a cocktail created especially for us by The Cellar: the "Employee of the Month". It will be on the menu for a month, so you can try it the next time you visit!
If you want to make it right along with Kyle, see what you'll need and find the recipe here.
Working with People I Want to Punch in the Throat can be purchased at Card Carrying Books & GIfts, or online at cardcarryingshop.com
Please register online or by email to jbmorgan@corningny.com. The meeting link and details will be provided to registrants via email.
