Overcoming COVID Fatigue
Overcoming COVID Fatigue
We are one year into a pandemic that no one could have imagined. We have been on pause, in quarantine, with stay at home orders and mask mandates. We miss our friends, our families, and being together. It has been a long go and over time we have all become exhausted on some level. This fatigue can result in a desire to loosen up on restrictions and how closely we follow mandates. In this workshop we will explore all aspects of COVID fatigue and discuss strategies to overcome it.
