The Orchestra is proud to announce the season finale, the Spring Concert. Under the baton of Toshiyuki Shimada, the concert will be held at the Corning Museum of Glass on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 4:00 PM. This full Orchestra event will include a special appearance by Ukrainian violin soloist Solomiya Ivakhiv. Born in the Ukraine and a Professor of Strings, Solomiya has been looking for information on bullet proof vests because her brother and extended family are still in the the country. She is utterly amazing to continue under such heart-break and concern. The Program includes Beethoven, Dvorák and Duke Ellington.
