Dealing with Difficult People (Lunchtime Leadership Series)
As long as we are working and living with other humans, there is always a potential for one or more persons to lose their cool, be demanding and unreasonable or even irate. Although it may not be a pleasant task, learning how to deal with difficult people builds confidence, improves staff morale, and saves businesses from wasting time and money putting out fires. In this interactive and engaging leadership lunch presentation Kate will share strategies and tools for managing chronically challenging employees and/or customers and clients, keeping potentially difficult people from going over the edge. There will also be tips shared on how to restore peace if you or someone else has "lost it."
Presenter: Kate Sholonski is a professional speaker, leadership trainer and co-owner of Triumph Leadership Group. She and her partner, David Larson are experts in assisting businesses to create workplace cultures that are positive and profitable. She has co-authored two books, Heartfelt Leadership: Creating a Culture of Connection and Wide Awake: Three Minutes a Day to an Inspired Life.
