The Information Center of Corning, a division of the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce, connects the community and visitors to Member businesses by providing a welcoming and accessible location for referrals, resources, and education to promote the regional experience.

Centrally located in the heart of Corning’s Gaffer District, the Information Center provides information on Corning and the surrounding area. Maps, brochures, and special event information are available. Whether you are moving here or have been a long-time resident, we can help with any inquiries:

The Information Center staff is available to arrange for accommodations or dining reservations. Daily room availability for local hotels, motels and bed and breakfasts is on hand. Planning on staying in Corning for lunch or dinner? The Information Center staff will make reservations!

Interested in bringing a large group to Corning? Let the Information Center of Corning provide a personal welcome and information about Corning, restaurants, shopping, and other vital  information to explore Corning.

SOUVENIRS

Stop by the Information Center of Corning for all Corning, NY and I Love NY  souvenirs.  Whether looking for Corning, New York sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, coffee mugs, shot glasses, coffee tumblers, stop in and take a look.  I Love NY t-shirts, coffee mugs, bears, shot glasses, and key chains are also available. Disposable cameras, posters, post cards, and locally made sun catchers may also be found in the Information Center of Corning. 

TICKET SALES CENTER

Corning Painted Post Civic Music Association subscriptions and/or individual concerts, and local event tickets are also available. For a complete list of available tickets please call 1-866-INFO-CNG.

WI-FI

The Information Center is a free wi-fi node, and provides residents and visitors with free wireless access to the Internet from within Centerway Square. Laptop users without the appropriate wireless network card may borrow one, free of charge from the Information Center.

WHEELCHAIRS

Wheelchairs are available on loan for day use at the Information Center of Corning, compliments of Guthrie Corning Hospital. A deposit or driver's license is required and will be refunded upon the return of the wheelchair. Reservations may be made by calling 607-962-8997 or by emailing Info@CorningNY.com.
