Today, 128 BBBs serve communities across the U.S. and Canada, evaluating and monitoring more than 3 million local and national businesses and charities. BBB is an unbiased organization that sets and upholds high standards for fair and honest business behavior. The Corning Chamber of Commerce  is a referral  resource for your local Better Business Bureau.

Corning's Gaffer District
The Gaffer District helps support Corning’s downtown shopping district, which offers consumers a blend of retail and community activities in a unique and convenient setting.

 Finger Lakes Wine Country
Finger Lakes Wine Country Tourism Marketing Association, Inc. is a destination marketing organization with the mandate to increase tourism and associated revenues to the four county area of Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, and Yates Counties. Representing all tourism based businesses, with the clear mandate to attract the attention of the visitor. The annual campaign includes print, radio, television and web based marketing, plus a focused public relations strategy. Created in March of 2000, FLWCTMA is a public/private partnership that works closely with each of the county tourism agencies, and Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance in an effort to leverage every resource. Collaboration creates a distinct advantage over competing destinations allowing us to effectively reach our target audience.

The Business Council of New York State, Inc., is the largest business organization in New York State, representing the interests of large and small firms throughout the state.
